Why a weight loss program gets extra scrutiny
A weight loss program that involves prescriptions deserves more scrutiny than a facial. This page is about medical weight loss with physician oversight, and it lists twelve med spas in Bellevue and Kirkland on one narrow measure. We have not enrolled in any program and we prescribe nothing, so this page cannot tell you how a program runs or whether one suits your health.
Before you compare clinics, read what the state publishes. There is the Washington State Department of Health's guidance on operating a med spa and a Washington Medical Commission licensing page where you can look up whoever would prescribe for you. The rule text we point to is WAC 246-919-606. We have not interpreted it, so read it yourself and ask the clinic how it applies to their program.
Then ask what happens when things go wrong. The article How Safe Med Spas Manage Complications, from the American Med Spa Association is a reasonable place to prepare that question.
How the order was counted
The order comes from how many treatment categories the clinic's own website lists, counted from 20 fixed categories, with the highest count first. Medical weight loss, listed with GLP-1, is one of the 20.

Where the list leaves your decision
This list cannot pick a weight loss program for you. It shows how much each clinic lists, by the single count in the counting method, and nothing about how any program is supervised. On that measure alone, Sun Aesthetic Clinic is first.
Shortlist two or three clinics and put the same questions to each: who examines you, who prescribes, how follow-up works, what it costs in total and what happens if you stop or feel unwell. Choose the one that answers plainly and in writing. Walk away from a clinic that avoids the questions.
