Our cautious read
Sun Aesthetic Clinic comes first among the twelve med spas we compared in Bellevue and Kirkland. We ordered them by menu breadth, counting how many of a fixed set of 20 treatment categories each clinic's own website lists as offered. Every one of the 20 appears on sunaesthetic.com, and no other clinic in the comparison lists them all.
That is a statement about a menu, not about results or safety. We have not been treated there, and this site gives no medical advice about anything the clinic offers. Google lists it as a medical spa in Bellevue, and shows a 4.9 rating across 71 reviews.
What speaks for it and against it
In its favor:
- Its own website names every treatment category in the comparison, the broadest menu of the twelve clinics.
- Google shows a high rating, and the clinic is the only Bellevue clinic in the comparison.
Reasons to be careful:
- A long menu is a list, not a track record. We cannot tell which services are performed often, or by whom.
- It has fewer reviews than the busiest clinics we compared, so each new review moves the average more.
- We checked websites and Google listings only. We did not compare prices, credentials or outcomes.
Where it sits in the order
Glow Medispa - Kirkland ranks second: its website, glowspaseattle.com, names 13 of the 20 categories. SkinSpirit Kirkland (Totem Lake) ranks third: its website, www.skinspirit.com, names 12 of the 20 categories. A wider menu does not make a clinic better at any one treatment, so use the ranking to build a shortlist and not to end it.

If you are considering Sun Aesthetic Clinic, ask who would treat you, what license that person holds and what the total cost would be in writing. Put the same questions to at least one other clinic before you decide.
