Before you book an infusion
IV vitamin therapy is easy to book and hard to judge. This page asks two questions about it, does it work and is it safe, and then lists twelve med spas in Kirkland and Bellevue on one narrow measure. We have not tested any clinic's IV service and we are not a clinic, so nothing here is medical advice or a recommendation to get an infusion.
Start with the evidence, not the menu. The article To IV or Not to IV: The Science Behind Intravenous Vitamin Therapy is where we would begin reading, and we have not tried to summarize it for you.
Next, check who is allowed to do what. Ask each clinic who prescribes the infusion and who places the needle, then look those names up on the Washington Medical Commission licensing page. The rule text we point to is WAC 246-919-606. Read it yourself, because we have not interpreted it for you.
How we counted treatment menus
We ranked clinics, highest first, by how many treatment categories the clinic's own website lists from a fixed set of med spa categories. IV therapy is one of the categories.
Sun Aesthetic Clinic's website names 20 of the 20, which puts it first.

Menu breadth measures how much a clinic lists. It does not measure whether any one service is done well or safely. A clinic can list IV therapy without offering it on the day you call, so confirm directly.

Checks to run on each clinic before an infusion
Sun Aesthetic Clinic, the lone Bellevue listing
Listed on Google Maps as a medical spa in Bellevue, the only Bellevue clinic on this list. The Google profile shows 71 reviews averaging 4.9. Its website, sunaesthetic.com, names 20 of the 20 categories. Ask who screens you before an infusion and what happens if you feel unwell during it.
Glow Medispa - Kirkland
Its website, glowspaseattle.com, names 13 of the 20 categories. Google shows a 5 rating across 61 reviews. Ask which ingredients go into the bag and ask to see the consent form before you book.
SkinSpirit Kirkland (Totem Lake)
Its website, www.skinspirit.com, names 12 of the 20 categories. Google shows a 4.9 rating across 307 reviews. A large review count tells you many people left feedback. It does not tell you what any of them received. Ask whether IV therapy is on the current menu at this location.
Pūr Skin Clinic - Kirkland
Its website, www.purskinclinic.com, names 11 of the 20 categories. Google shows a 4.9 rating across 101 reviews. Ask whether you will be asked about your health history before the first appointment.
Refine, MD Northwest
Its website, refinemdnw.com, names 11 of the 20 categories. Google shows a 4.9 rating across 152 reviews. Ask who is on site while the infusion runs.
Skintegrity MedSpa
Its website, www.skintegritymedspa.com, names 11 of the 20 categories. Google shows a 4.6 rating across 110 reviews, the lowest rating on this list. A lower rating is a reason to read the reviews, not a verdict. Ask for written aftercare instructions.
Templum Aesthetics & Wellness
Its website, www.templumaw.com, names 11 of the 20 categories. Google shows a 5 rating across 126 reviews. Ask how the clinic handles a reaction and who decides to stop an infusion.
Gem Aesthetic and Skin Clinic Kirkland
Its website, gemaestheticandskinclinic.com, names 7 of the 20 categories. Google shows a 4.8 rating across 36 reviews. With a smaller review count, one or two reviews move the average more. Ask directly whether IV therapy is offered at all.
Lake Washington Medical Aesthetics
Its website, lakewashingtonskin.com, names 6 of the 20 categories. Google shows a 5 rating across 91 reviews. Ask what it would cost before you arrive, in writing.
Bellamedica Aesthetics
Its website, www.bellamedica.com, names 5 of the 20 categories. Google shows a 4.7 rating across 114 reviews. Ask which of its listed services includes IV therapy, if any.
Restore Hyper Wellness
Its website, www.restore.com, names 5 of the 20 categories. Google shows a 4.8 rating across 381 reviews, the largest review count on this list. Ask what the clinic requires you to share about your medications first.
MOD Skin and Body
Its website, www.modskinandbody.com, names 3 of the 20 categories. Google shows a 4.9 rating across 75 reviews. A short menu may simply mean a focused clinic. Ask whether IV therapy is among the services at all.
What to do with this list
If you want IV therapy specifically, this list cannot choose for you. It ranks how much each clinic lists, using the count set out in the menu count, and it says nothing about how well a clinic delivers an infusion. Sun Aesthetic Clinic leads on that one measure.
The safer path is to shortlist two or three clinics and put the same questions to each. Ask who prescribes, who places the needle, what is in the bag, what the consent form says and what happens if you react badly. Pick the clinic that answers plainly and in writing, and walk away from one that will not.
