Why the injector matters more than the venue
Choosing who injects you is a bigger decision than choosing where to book. This page is about how to choose a safe medical spa, and it lists twelve med spas in Bellevue and Kirkland on one narrow measure. We have not been treated at any of them and this site is not a clinic, so nothing here describes how a clinic handles an injection or counts as medical advice.
Start by reading about the product itself. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons' page on botulinum toxin is a better place to learn what questions to ask than any clinic's menu. Then read the rule text we point to, WAC 246-919-606. We have not interpreted it, so ask each clinic how it applies to who injects and who supervises.
What the count measures
Clinics are sorted from most to fewest, and the only thing counted is how many treatment categories the clinic's own website lists, up to 20 set categories. Neurotoxin is one of the 20.
Sun Aesthetic Clinic tops the list because its website names all 20.

A long menu says nothing about the person holding the syringe. The count measures how much a clinic lists, not how skilled or careful anyone is. Judge the injector, not the menu.

Each clinic in a few lines, with a question for the injector
The Bellevue entry: Sun Aesthetic Clinic
It is the only clinic here in Bellevue, and Google Maps files it as a medical spa. On Google the average is 4.9, drawn from 71 reviews. Its website, sunaesthetic.com, names 20 of the 20 categories. Ask who would inject you and what license that person holds.
Glow Medispa - Kirkland
Its website, glowspaseattle.com, names 13 of the 20 categories. Google shows a 5 rating across 61 reviews. Ask to see the product packaging before it is opened.
SkinSpirit Kirkland (Totem Lake)
Its website, www.skinspirit.com, names 12 of the 20 categories. Google shows a 4.9 rating across 307 reviews. Those reviews do not say who did the injecting. Ask who supervises the injector.
Pūr Skin Clinic - Kirkland
Its website, www.purskinclinic.com, names 11 of the 20 categories. Google shows a 4.9 rating across 101 reviews. Ask how a touch-up is handled and whether it is priced separately.
Refine, MD Northwest

Skintegrity MedSpa
Its website, www.skintegritymedspa.com, names 11 of the 20 categories. Google shows a 4.6 rating across 110 reviews, the lowest rating on this list. Ask for the total price in writing before you sit down.

Bellamedica Aesthetics
Its website, www.bellamedica.com, names 5 of the 20 categories. Google shows a 4.7 rating across 114 reviews. Ask which product brand they use and why.
Restore Hyper Wellness
Its website, www.restore.com, names 5 of the 20 categories. Google shows a 4.8 rating across 381 reviews, the largest review count on this list. Ask whether injections are part of its services at all.
MOD Skin and Body
Its website, www.modskinandbody.com, names 3 of the 20 categories. Google shows a 4.9 rating across 75 reviews. Ask whether injectables are on its menu.
What the list cannot tell you about the injector
This list cannot name a trustworthy injector. It shows how much each clinic lists, on the count described in the counting method, and it says nothing about the person who would treat you. Sun Aesthetic Clinic is ahead on that one count and nothing more.
Shortlist two or three clinics and ask each the same questions: who injects, what license they hold, who supervises, what product is used, what it costs in total and who you call if something goes wrong. Book with the clinic that answers plainly and in writing. If it will not answer, treat that as your answer.
